Parking Garage
The attached parking structure, with entrances on South Ulster Street and on Tufts Avenue, is for tenant and visitor use. There are designated 2-hour limit visitor spaces in the garage on the P-5 level and also along the front of the building on the west side. We ask that building employees refrain from using these visitor spaces, so that building visitors will have easy access to the building at all times. If a tenant utilizes the visitor parking, a fine-based ticket will be issued. The number of tenant spaces is allocated in accordance with their lease agreement. Some leases do call for reserved spaces, and these are clearly marked in the garage. Handicapped spaces are located on the P3 (6 spaces) and the P6 (2 spaces) levels. All vehicles in handicapped parking spaces must have a state issued handicap hangtag or will be subject to a $100.00 fine by the City of Denver. Should you become temporarily disabled, please contact your physician for a form to apply for a temporary handicap-parking placard.
All vehicles must show the proper hang-tag in the monthly and reserved areas.
Regency Plaza has a parking garage attendant who fine-base tickets vehicles that are parked in reserved without proper hang-tags, parked in visitor with a hang-tag of any kind (visitor area is designated for visitors only) or vehicles parked longer than 2-hours in the visitor area.
Should you have a visitor that you know will be here longer than two hours, please contact us (Suite 1210 or by calling us at: 303.779.3053) so that we can provide you with a temporary parking pass for them to display. By having the temporary-parking pass, they will be able to park in non-reserved monthly parking and not get a ticket. Temporary passes are sold for $5.00 each for one day and are available for purchase through the Management Office. For purchases of 10 or more passes, please use the order form.
Building management controls the parking garage through adhering to a strict vehicle registration policy. When completing your building/garage access card form, you will notice that there is a place for all vehicles you or your employees may drive to be listed. This is important information should there become a problem in the garage that we can locate who the rightful owner of a vehicle is quickly. Please contact the Management Office (building management) should your license plates or vehicle(s) change.
