Regency Plaza is located in the Denver Technological Center at the intersection of two of Denver’s major interchanges, I-25 and I-225 providing easy highway access, conveniently reaching anywhere in the Metro Area with a short 20 minute drive to the Downtown Denver Business District.

Driving Directions

Regency Plaza is easily accessible from both Denver International Airport and the Downtown area.

From Denver International Airport:
1. Take Pena Blvd. South to I-70
2. Merge onto I-70 West
3. Take the I-225 South exit - exit number 282 on the left towards Aurora/Colorado Springs
4. Merge onto I-225 South
5. Take the Yosemite Street exit - exit number 2 - towards Tamarac St.
6. Keep left at the fork in the ramp
7. Turn Left onto DTC Blvd.
8. Turn slight right onto E. Tufts Avenue
9. Turn left onto S. Ulster Street
10. Take South Ulster Street to Tufts Ave.
11. Regency Plaza sits on the southwest corner of South Ulster Street and Tufts Ave.

From the Downtown Denver Business District
1. Take I-25 south towards Colorado Springs
2. Take the I-225 North exit - exit number 200 - on the left towards I-70/Limon
3. Keep right at the fork in the ramp
4. Merge onto DTC Blvd.
5. Turn slight right onto E. Tufts Ave.
6. Turn Left onto S. Ulster Street
7. Regency Plaza sits on the southwest corner of South Ulster Street and Tufts Ave.

Driving Around the Roundabout

We’ve all experienced it… You are trying to get into the building in the morning and all of a sudden there is a car turning the same direction as you are, right next to you. Faced with what to do, you punch it to get around the circle first. Obviously, we can’t educate everyone who uses Tufts Street, but here is some information that we hope you will find helpful on how to maneuver the roundabout in front of the property.

When driving up Tufts Street toward Regency Plaza, be sure to stay in the far left lane. While in the left lane, keep your vehicle close to the roundabout. The right lane is for vehicles accessing the other building’s parking garage. Please be cautious when maneuvering the roundabout, as there are vehicles trying to access two other properties in addition to Regency Plaza.
