We have provided the vendor’s websites should you need driving directions, etc. In order to obtain the discount, all tickets/vouchers must be purchased through the Management Office in Suite 1210. Unless noted, checks should be made payable to: Regency Plaza, LLC.
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Dining Dollars
$7.00 each
Dining Dollars are gift certificates honored like cash at over 200 establishments. You pay $7 but receive a certificate valued at $10. Monthly “Hot Sheets” are available in Suite 1210. “Hot Sheets” list the latest Entertainment, Shopping, Services, Lodging, Recreation, Transportation and Dining participants.
Dining Dollars do have an expiration date. Please note that they are not accepted on Easter, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day.

Conference Room
Regency Plaza has a building conference room available to all of our customers for only $50.00 per day. Contact the Management Office for date and time availability. Your request will then be scheduled depending on availability. The reservation fee can be invoiced to your monthly rent statement or paid by check the day of use. Reservation fee in non-refundable, even upon cancellation.
