Welcome to Regency Plaza
Regency Plaza rises majestically into the Colorado skyline, located in the prestigious covenant controlled, Denver Technological Center. The front plaza courtyard is 2,500 square feet of granite and flows into the building lobby architecturally designed with granite and chrome. Designed by Michael Barber Architecture, the exterior design of this 15 story high rise has a unique shape with two straight edged sides of the tower and two opposite sides. Each side curves dramatically inward to form two large curvilinear curtain walls covered by blue/gray tinted glass mounted on four-foot Window mullions.
